Our 35th Reunion Is Alive!

We had a little gathering this evening at the American Legion in Stillwater, and put together a new reunion committee.

Right now if we can secure a place, we're looking at having the reunion on September 18, 2010.  We are checking out the availability of both the Water Street Inn and the

Grand Ballroom, both in downtown Stillwater.

We are trying for the 18th of September because that's the weekend of Stillwater Senior High's homecoming.  So in case you're coming into town for the weekend, there's a little more for our alumni to do. The general consensus is for having an inexpensive, casual atmosphere, with lots of horsd'oeuvres, so we can mingle and graze through the evening.  No sit down dinner.

There is still talk of offering some help to arrange a round of golf in the morning for those interested in a little activity, but it's not going to be directly associated with the reunion.

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, June 23rd.  Most likely at the American Legion in Stillwater again.
